The Alfa Marriage Course offers practical tools for tackling problems in times when couples can be caught up with busy work loads, small children, peer & family pressures etc.
The Alfa Parenting Teenagers Course is for any parents, step-parents or carers of children aged 11-18years. It aims to help parenting skills in setting healthy boundaries with children, helping to develop emotional health, teaching teenagers to make good choices & building relationships between parent/child.
