Mass was celebrated at the Cliffs of Moher for the first time on Wednesday 1st June. Fr Martin Shanahan was the celebrant assisted by Fr Joy and Fr Tom from Ennis, and Deacon Leonard Cleary. Local musicians provided the music and Garda Deirdre Scanlon, Community Garda for the area, sang the psalm. After Mass Deacon Leonard brought the Blessed Sacrament to the top of the Cliffs for intercession and blessings for all gathered and all who were prayed for on the evening.
