On Thursday 13th July the Priests of the Abbey Pastoral Area gathered to celebrate and acknowledge 190 years of priesthood with 5 colleagues who have close connections with the Pastoral Area. Fr Joy welcomed the 5 Jubilarians and congratulated Fr Harry Brady, 60 years, Archbishop Eugene Nugent and Fr Tom Fitzpatrick 40 years, Fr Brendan Quinlivan 30 years, and Fr Martin Blake 20 years.
