On Holy Saturday in Ennis Cathedral Bishop Fintan assisted Fr Jarek OSB, Polish Chaplain, in the Blessing of the Easter Food, a Polish tradition. Many of the Polish community from Ennis and beyond came to celebrate the occasion.
