Families gathered in Ennis Cathedral on Easter Saturday for the traditional Blessing of Easter Food. Led in prayer by Fr Roch OFM, Bishop Fintan blessed the baskets of food which symbolise thanksgiving as Lent comes to an end, celebration of the Resurrection and the hope of new life.
