On 15th August each year, the Feast of the Assumption, Mass is celebrated at St Joseph’s Well on the Gort Road. Located in the Parish of Doora Barefield, Bishop Fintan, along with Fr Joy and Fr Tom Fitzpatrick, celebrated the Mass in glorious sunshine.

The Parish of Ennis congratulates two priests of the Killaloe Diocese who celebrate 65 years of priesthood this Thursday 17th June. Canon Seamus Mullen and Canon Brendan O’Donoghue were ordained to the priesthood in St Patrick’s College Maynooth on the 17th June 1956. Both priests served in the parish of Ennis for 29 years…
The parish office now has magnets of sleeping St. Joseph on sale at a cost of €3 per magnet or two for €5. All proceeds go towards the Cathedral Renovation Appeal.
