St. Anne’s School is a Catholic co-educational special school with a Catholic ethos under the patronage of the Bishop of Killaloe, Fintan Monahan. Our school caters for children with a Mild General Learning Disability between the ages of 4 to 18 years. Our school motto is “To be all you can be”. St Anne’s School aims to be a centre of excellence in the education of children with a Mild General Learning Disability by offering a wide range of curricula from Aistear, Primary Curriculum, Junior Cycle Framework, Leaving Certificate Applied (LCA) and Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI). The wide range of extra-curricular is pertinent to ensure that we develop the holistic child, building on skills such as social and personal growth, academic progress, sport and a sense of belonging, both within the school community and the wider community.  The development of self-esteem in our pupils is important, and we celebrate their achievements, individual talents and abilities throughout the school year.
